Emulsion Applicator Troughs

Specifically designed for applying photosensitive emulsions and screen fillers/block mediums with a minimum of waste. The size of the coating trough should be able to coat the screen in a single pass for a smooth even coating without joins to produce the optimum stencil. Allow a clearance of 25mm between the insides of the smaller dimension of the screen to enable a single continuous coating when selecting the applicator length.
Speedball troughs are extruded from T6 aluminium and feature dual sided edges (sharp edge for fine mesh counts & rounded edge for lower mesh counts) with glued injection moulded end caps and a full snap-on dust shield to prevent any particles mixing in with your emulsion. Solid holding depth to accommodate lengthy coating sessions and sits flat on your surface in between coatings.
