Bright, inter-mixable water based colours that can be used to achieve outstanding effects on glass, clear plastic and acetate. For a textured effect, try mixing with sand or small stones - Ideal for collage. To use, simply apply outliner and allow it to dry thoroughly and then apply colour and allow it to dry thoroughly. Will withstand gentle handwashing once set. Non-toxic, acid free and free of oil and volatile organic compounds.
